PURPOSE:  To clarify what weight(s) a competitor may compete at once the weigh-in period has closed.

Following discussions, Cousins move, Colgate seconded that when a competitor presents himself/herself for a weight class, he/she cannot compete in a lower weight class even though the actual weight would permit. Motion carried unanimously.
