PURPOSE:  To determine what flexibility may be extended to weigh-ins.

Chairman Carlsrud explained that there has been misrepresentation of Rule 4-5-1, 2 concerning the new weigh-in procedure as it relates to multi-dual events.

Following a lengthy discussion, Whitaker move, Colgate seconded that meet management is responsible for setting weigh-ins in accordance with Rule 4-5-1, 2. All teams shall be present at the assigned time; however, a team may seek permission to weigh in at a later set time. Motion carried unanimously.
