Dave Carlsrud (Chair) Assistant to the Executive Secretary of North Dakota High School Activities Association. Coached wrestling three years and officiated wrestling for 20 years. Has been wrestling liaison at the NDHSAA for 15 years and former member of the NFHS Wrestling Rules Committee.
Mike Anderson (Section I) Former high school wrestling coach for 17 years. Active official for the past 8 years, and assignment commissioner for the Vermont Wrestling Officials Association the past 5 years.
William G. Beattie (Section II) Athletic Director for the Montgomery County (MD) Public Schools System. Presently, director of the Maryland State Wrestling Committee.
Dave Gannaway (Section IV) Assistant Executive Director of the Illinois High School Association in charge of wrestling. Former high school wrestling coach and assistant college wrestling coach. Awarded the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association s athletic administrator of the year.
Bob Colgate (Section V) Assistant Director of the Nebraska School Activities Association Currently the wrestling liaison for the NSAA. Officiated wrestling for 10 years.
Mark Cousins (Section VI) Assistant Athletic Director for the Texas University Interscholastic League (UIL). Has been with the UIL for eight years. Currently directs the UIL wrestling program and has since its inception in the 1998-99 school year.
Dave Nevin (Section VII) Nevadas state rules interpreter, Commissioner of Officials. Has officiated on the high school level for 29 years. Tournament Director for the Reno Tournament of Champions.
Jack R. Reynolds (Section VIII) Former high school and college wrestler. Has officiated for 34 years at the high school and college level. Washington rules interpreter for 13 years, assigning secretary for 12 years. Middle school team athletic director for 31 years.
Dickey Wright (NFCA) Has coached wrestling on both the middle school and high school level for 21 years. Has been a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association Wrestling Committee for seven years.
Bob Whitaker (NFOA) Active official for 25 years. Past president of the New Jersey Wrestling Officials Association. Presently, serves as the state membership chairman and is responsible for recruiting and training new officials.
