Milestones 2015-2016

Plymouth Whitemarsh  is 528 - 390 - 9 after this dual season.
With Justin Giovinco, as the head coach, the team accomplished their 500th dual win during the 2014-2015 wrestling season.
(Reported by Bob Lorence, a former head coach with a lot of those wins.

Lorence's coaching should be noted: At Springfield (Montco):  Five years - 55 – 10 – 2 with two seasons being undefeated….
At PW: 302 – 169 – 4  Bob's total record is  357 – 179 – 6

Towanda won the 800th dual meet in their storied history (1/22/16)

In 61 years, Towanda is 804-339-3. Bill Sexton (in 36 years) is 621-204-5.

Hickory recorded win number 600th on Wednesday night 2-10-16 vs Sharon 45-27'.
Overall school dual record is 600-271-7 over 59 years

Gary Haley, Wyalusing, won his 200th as a head coach on Jan 14th.

 

Lou DeLauro, Delaware Valley, earned his 100th coaching victory Wednesday, Jan 13th.

 

Council Rock South earned their 200th team win last Saturday Jan 9th.
 

Newport's HWC Mike Capozelli captured his 300th win! Great accomplishment.

 

Carlisle Coach Joe Wilson reached the 100th coaching win milestone. Congratulations.  

 

General McLane's Ryan Cook recently accomplished his 150th coaching win. Congrats, Coach.

 

Congratulations to Edinboro's Tim Flynn as his Fighting Scots earned win #200 for him.

   Coach Roger Crebs
achieved his 350th coaching win at Lycoming on Nov 12th with a 28-15
   win over McDaniel College, 28-15.
   His record is now 350-118-2, as he joined the legendary Budd Whitehill (1956-93) in the 350-win
   club with the Lycoming wrestling program. The late Budd Whitehill was 374-175-7 in 37 years as
   head coach

  Monday,Nov.30. Prayers for his family and friends. Wrestling family mourns the loss.

  Allen Brown of Silver Springs, MD, passed suddenly on December 1. He contributed to collegiate wrestling in
  more ways than can be measured. He is an inductedd for the 2016 EWL Hall of Fame.
