1.       President Kanaskie called to order 4:41 pm

2.       Minutes from Fall meeting – Jim Clark-approved

3.       Treasures Report; Frank Wadas- approved ; balance 12,261.58

4.       Time/Date of Fall B.O.D meeting. Discussion , tabled to the spring meeting

5.       All District Presidents should send district coaches e-mail to John Reynolds (d-10) to up date for 2010-11  jareynolds@greenville.k12.pa.us

6.       Membership cards are available by contacting Thad Taylor (D-9). He will e-mail “template” to district presidents

7.       President Kanaskie – lifetime membership cards are now available.

8.       B.O.D inducted 10 individuals to the 2011 PWAC Hall of Fame. They will be notified by Chairman Norm Palovcsik

9.       All- Academic Team- Eric Zeznanski reported on the 2010 inductees

10.   Coach of the Year- President Kanaskie mentioned that this form should be completed online and sent to him.

11.   Next meeting at State Tournament Thursday after AAA session (approx. 9pm), Green room. (enter coaches  contestants back door)
